Plants Ghar is an online marketplace that connects buyers and sellers. We are not the direct seller of products listed by vendors.
2. User Accounts
Users must provide accurate information
You are responsible for maintaining account security
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at any time
3. Orders & Payments
All transactions must be completed within the platform
Payments are processed via approved payment gateways
We are not responsible for transactions conducted خارج (outside) the platform
( All transactions must stay on platform) )
4. Strict Prohibition: Contact Sharing
To ensure platform security and fairness:
Buyers and sellers are STRICTLY PROHIBITED from:
Sharing phone numbers
Sharing WhatsApp numbers
Sharing email addresses
Sharing social media or external contact details
Users must NOT attempt to:
Move transactions outside the platform
Communicate outside official messaging system
? Any violation may result in:
Immediate account suspension
Permanent ban
Cancellation of orders
(This follows marketplace standard rules to prevent fraud & bypassing commissions)
5. Vendor Responsibilities
Vendors are responsible for:
Product accuracy
Pricing
Stock availability
Shipping and delivery
Handling returns and refunds
6. Buyer Responsibilities
Buyers agree to:
Provide accurate shipping details
Not engage in fake orders or fraud
Not misuse return/refund system
7. Prohibited Activities
Users must NOT:
Create fake accounts
Post misleading product information
Engage in fraudulent transactions
Abuse the platform or other users
8. Account Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or permanently ban accounts if:
Terms are violated
Suspicious activity is detected
Fraud or abuse is reported
Marketplaces can restrict or terminate accounts without notice in case of violations.
9. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
Product quality issues
Vendor misconduct
Delivery delays
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
