Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

4. Refund Process
Refunds are processed after product inspection
Refund time: 5–10 business days
Refund method: Same as payment method or bank transfer
5. Shipping Costs
If error is ours → we cover shipping
Otherwise → customer pays return shipping
6. Vendor Responsibility (Marketplace Clause)
Since this is a marketplace:
Each vendor is responsible for product quality
Refund approval may involve the vendor
