Welcome to Plants Ghar Seller Platform.
By registering as a seller, you agree to the following terms:
1. Seller Registration
Sellers must provide accurate information
Verification may be required (CNIC, phone, bank details)
We reserve the right to approve or reject applications
2. Product Listings
Sellers must ensure:
Accurate product descriptions
Real images (no misleading content)
Correct pricing and stock availability
3. Prohibited Products
Sellers must NOT list:
Illegal or banned items under the laws of Pakistan
Counterfeit or fake products
Harmful or unsafe goods
4. Orders & Fulfillment
Sellers must process orders on time
Late shipments may result in penalties
Sellers are responsible for packaging and delivery (unless platform handles logistics)
5. Commission & Fees
Platform may charge commission per order
Fees will be clearly communicated
Attempting to avoid commission is strictly prohibited
6. Contact Sharing & Off-Platform Transactions
Sellers are strictly prohibited from:
Sharing phone numbers, WhatsApp, email, or social links
Asking buyers to complete orders outside the platform
? Violations may result in:
Account suspension
Permanent ban
Loss of earnings
7. Returns & Refunds
Sellers must accept valid return requests
Refunds must follow platform policy
Disputes will be handled by platform
8. Account Suspension
Seller accounts may be suspended if:
Policy violations occur
Fraudulent activity is detected
Poor performance (late delivery, high complaints)
9. Performance Monitoring
We may monitor:
Order fulfillment rate
Cancellation rate
Customer feedback
10. Payments to Sellers
Payments will be released after order completion
Payment schedule: [e.g., weekly/bi-weekly]
11. Policy Updates
We may update this policy at any time.
